Vonny Fast, an Alberta based sales consultant, has been a proud partner and sponsor with RRI for many years. Starting her sales career with Cutco at just 18 years old as a curious teenager, she is now the one of the companies most successful sales consultants in North America, boasting a nearly 3 decade career fuelled solely on repeat and referral business.
“I never wanted to be in sales.” Vonny tells me. “I actually had a negative perception of what sales people were.” Before long, Vonny discovered that the secret to success in sales wasn’t the selling aspect, it was the relationship building.
Vonny puts it quite simply: “There is nothing more powerful than word of mouth,” and her advice for anyone and everyone in a sales position is just as simple, “Make love part of your business plan.”
