James comes from a sales and sales management background of over 25 years in multiple industries prior to entering the Real Estate profession. His passion for learning and expanding his knowledge base combined with his experience allows James to bring a unique perspective to his clients.

Licensed since 2007, James has worked in the Lower Mainland of BC market as well as other areas of the Province in service of his clients. His knowledge base of residential, commercial, land development, and agricultural properties have served his real estate clients to achieve their dreams.

In his journey of learning, James connected with his "Ikigai" (Reason for Being) and that is to be in service to others and to share his knowledge with others to assist in their journey to success both in life and business. His authentic approach, based on safety and trust, brings out the best in his coaching clients and he is excited to collaborate with his RRI clients.

James enjoys weight training, hiking, cycling, and skiing. Reading, learning, meditation, spirituality, and communication are also foundations of James' life.
