1. Refunds, Event Cancellations and Product Return Policies
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
Richard Robbins International will replace any items immediately if they are defective or damaged within 45 days of its purchase. Please contact us at 1.800.298.9587 to process your request.
All Product Sales are Final
All sales of physical products including Masters Edge Sales Training Packages, Ignite and Precision Audio CD programs, MP3/Audio or DVD downloads and e-books are final and not eligible for a refund.
Richard Robbins International Events
If you are unable to attend any Richard Robbins International event for any reason, you may transfer your ticket to another participant at any time up to the first day of the event without cost or penalty. Transferred and complimentary tickets are NOT eligible for transfer or substitution. A refund of the event ticket price less a $100 administration fee is available within 30 days of the first day of the event. All tickets are non-refundable after 30 days prior to the event date however a non-refundable credit for the full amount paid will be available for any Richard Robbins International product or service up to one year after cancellation of the event. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THESE DEADLINES AND ANY FEES PAID WILL BE FORFEITED. COACHING / MEMBERSHIPS
Coaching memberships and subscriptions are entered into pursuant to a 12 month agreement for maximum results. However all memberships and subscriptions (except those paid in full for discount purposes) may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Annual memberships paid in advance are non-refundable however a non-refundable credit for the remaining discounted and pro-rated membership fees (less a one month penalty) may be issued for any other Richard Robbins International product or service for a period of up to one year after withdrawal from the program.
2. Shipping Policies and Rates
Note: Number of delivery days quoted for Shipping Methods are from the Date of Shipment, not the Date of Order Placement.
Please be advised of the following shipping schedules:
Orders placed weekdays prior to 12pm EDT will be shipped same day.
Orders placed weekdays after 12pm EDT will be shipped next business day.
International Orders (outside of Canada): Please contact us by phone or email to arrange the best shipping rates and delivery solution.
Calculating Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for orders from richardrobbins.com depend upon the method you choose and the shipping destination. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
How are shipping costs calculated?
We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you place your order.

Digital Content and Online Learning
License. Upon your payment of our fees for Digital Content, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use.
Restrictions. You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other restricted use. You agree not to infringe the rights of the Digital Content’s copyright owner (Richard Robbins) and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content. You agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content. You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, and reproduction or distribution rights for the Digital Content. You acknowledge that the Digital Content embodies the intellectual property of Richard Robbins and Richard Robbins International and is protected by law.
Explicit Content. You agree that we have no liability to you for Digital Content you find to be offensive, indecent or objectionable.
All Sales Final; Downloading and Risk of Loss; Availability of Digital Content. All sales of Digital Content are final. We do not accept returns of Digital Content. Once you have purchased Digital Content, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it. If you are unable to complete a download after having reviewed our online help resources, please contact Richard Robbins International customer concierge. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.
