Ep #51: Building a Better Brain: Biohacking to Create a Greater You with Patrick Porter Ph.D.

On the 51st episode of The Richard Robbins Show, I sat down with a man who has scientifically figured out a way to biohack your brain to help unleash your true potential. It may sound like science fiction but this technology is now being used by athletes, doctors and professionals around the world to create a greater you!

Patrick Porter Ph.D., is the founder of BrainTap™, which he tells me was created with a singular mission in mind, “to better a billion brains.” Using a downloadable app and headset technology, BrainTap™ enables users to enhance their quality of life through improved brain health.

“We influence 7 generations forwards and backwards,” Patrick tells me as he explains the importance of BrainTap™. He continues, “We all know the family member that says, ‘stress runs in my family’, ‘depression runs in my family,’ well, we know these types of attitudes turn on, and turn off, gene expression.”

Simply put, the positive work you put in today, can positively affect not only your life, but the lives of your family members for generations to come.

I’ve always been a big believer that everything is created twice: first, in our head first and then externally into the world. In this episode of The Richard Robbins Show, Patrick and I discuss just how important it is to have a strong, positive brain. We talk about how continuous brain activity can lead to a longer, happier life, how it can give you a better nights sleep and why meditation is not just good for your mind, but good for your entire family.
