1. Refunds, Event and Coaching Program Cancellations
EVENTS
Event Transfer Policy
If for any reason, you are unable to attend, your ticket is 100% transferable to another attendee within 10 days of the start of the event. Simply notify us of your transferee's name/email.
Event Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your event ticket 45 days or more prior to an event start date, you are eligible for a refund less an administration fee of $99.00 + tax. Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to the start of an event are non-refundable, however, a credit for the full amount paid less an administration fee of $99 + tax will placed on file for a period of 18 months. Credits can be applied once to a future event of your choice. No shows are not eligible for credit reissues.
Non-Refundable Policy for Special Priced Event Tickets/Gift with Purchase (i.e. digital files, access to the member portal ...)
Tickets purchased within 45 days or less of the start of an event and/or at a special reduced rate with bonus giveaways are 100% NON-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, a credit for the amount paid less an administration fee of $99 +tax, will be placed on file for up to 18 months. Credits can be applied once to a future event ticket.
Complimentary Seats
Complimentary tickets are non-transferrable (person or event), non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Of note, should event ticket prices change, you will be required to pay the difference in pricing when applying your credit. No shows are not eligible for credits on file.

COVID-19 Protocol and Safety Guidelines for Richard Robbins International Inc. (RRI) Events
At Richard Robbins International Inc. (RRI), the health and safety of our event guests, employees, and venue partners are of utmost importance. We work closely with our event venue teams to ensure that we comply with both the current government guidelines and local authority directives, as well as any rules specific to the venue or location.
Assumption of Risk: By registering and attending an in-person RRI event, attendees acknowledge the inherent risks associated with attending live events. This includes potential exposure, and illness from, infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. Attendees willingly and knowingly accept these risks, including those that may arise from negligence or fault on the part of RRI. By attending, participants assume responsibility for any injury, harm, or loss that might occur, even if caused by the negligence or other conduct of RRI.
BUSINESS COACHING / IMPACT COACHING / TEAM COACHING - MEMBERSHIPS
Coaching memberships and subscriptions are entered into pursuant to a 12 month agreement for maximum results. However business, impact and team coaching memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. Annual memberships paid in advance are non-refundable however a non-refundable credit for the remaining discounted and pro-rated membership fees (less a one month penalty) may be issued for any other Richard Robbins International product or service for a period of up to one year after withdrawal from the program.
GROUP COACHING ACADEMY POLICIES
RRI's Group Coaching Academy program is a 12-month program with a 12-month commitment to the program fees. The annual fees are non-refundable and due regardless of the student's ability to attend each session.
3. Guarantees
Digital Content and Online Learning
License. Upon your payment of our fees for Digital Content, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use.
Restrictions. You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other restricted use. You agree not to infringe the rights of the Digital Content’s copyright owner (Richard Robbins) and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content. You agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content. You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, and reproduction or distribution rights for the Digital Content. You acknowledge that the Digital Content embodies the intellectual property of Richard Robbins and Richard Robbins International and is protected by law.
Explicit Content. You agree that we have no liability to you for Digital Content you find to be offensive, indecent or objectionable.
All Sales Final; Downloading and Risk of Loss; Availability of Digital Content. All sales of Digital Content are final. We do not accept returns of Digital Content. Once you have purchased Digital Content, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it. If you are unable to complete a download after having reviewed our online help resources, please contact Richard Robbins International customer concierge. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.
