Richard Robbins

Richard began his career in real estate sales at the age of 24 in the small town of Peterborough, Ontario (Canada). Brimming with enthusiasm and excitement, Richard set a goal to reach six figures in his first year -- a rather lofty goal for a rookie back in 1984. Nonetheless, Richard reached his goal and after three record-breaking years thereafter, Richard went looking for an even bigger challenge. In 1989, Richard opened his own real estate brokerage some 90 miles from his small town and during one of the worst real estate recessions this Country had ever seen. Richard was undeterred by the enormous obstacles and in just 3 years was successfully ranked among the top 1% of all Realtors® in his marketplace and grew a powerhouse brokerage that captured 12% market share.

Richard’s extraordinary leadership and innate ability to inspire peak performance in his fellow agents lead his real estate brokerage with only 20 agents to achieve the “highest production per agent” of any brokerage within its trading area. It was here that Richard discovered a profound passion for speaking and helping others to achieve goals they never thought possible.

Today, Richard is living his dream with his wife and Co-founder of RRi, Sue. As CEO of one of the nation’s foremost real estate sales training organizations, Richard is the driving force behind all of RRi’s powerhouse programs. Richard is also an author, business mentor and a sought-after expert in the fields of personal and professional performance. He is best described by his audiences as the epitome of a true integrity-powered leader and considers it his greatest honour to have had the opportunity to ignite the business and lives of over a quarter of a million audience members thus far.

Sue Robbins

Co-Founder, Managing Director

Sue Robbins co-founded RRi with her husband, Richard, in 1998, and brings over two decades of experience to RRi in the fields of real estate law as well as a licensed mortgage broker and head of investor financing at a highly successful financial services firm. Sue’s unwavering passion for excellence is brought to life in almost everything you will experience at RRi from events, program and product development to customer care, marketing and finance. Grounded by a belief that greatness can be achieved in the smallest of details, Sue is the key driving force behind RRi’s impeccable standard of excellence.

Karrie-Ann Sheppard, B Comm

Vice-President, Business Development

Karrie-Ann Sheppard is Vice-President of Business Development at Richard Robbins International and brings an exciting blend of sales experience and a passion for customer service to our clients. Karrie-Ann holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University with a marketing major and boasts over 17 years of sales experience (10 of which were in a high level leadership role). Karrie-Ann’s boundless energy, ability to think outside the box and communication skills with both clients and team members have earned her an outstanding reputation as a consummate professional in this industry. Karrie-Ann is recipient of RRi’s highest honour, the Founders Award, for her unwavering commitment to our customers, our team and greatness.

Dana Richard, MEd, BASc, PEng

Dana Richard is one of North America’s top real estate and business coaches and has been with the Richard Robbins’ organization for nearly a decade. Dana currently works with an elite group of business owners and top performers from across the Country who have taken their businesses to extraordinary new levels – doubling even tripling their income - but most importantly, have built profitable, sustainable and saleable businesses. Dana is also head of Richard Robbins International’s entrepreneur coaching division.

Dana is a master educator and has years of hands-on real estate experience as Richard Robbins’ partner in their highly successful real estate brokerage firm in the Toronto area. Dana holds a Masters Degree in Education from Queen’s University focusing on adult motivation and is also a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Storm Fletcher

Manager, Client and Partner Relations

Storm Fletcher is Manager of all Customer Relations here at RRi where her extraordinary passion for helping others touches the businesses and lives of each and every one of our customers. Storm brings over 25 years experience in the fields of personal development as well as entrepreneurial management. She is a gifted communicator and is the recipient of RRi’s esteemed Nelson Mandela Award for her unwavering commitment to integrity, honour and helping others.
