James comes from a 25 year sales and management background in multiple industries prior to entering the real estate profession. His passion for learning and expanding his knowledge base combined with his experience allows James to bring a unique perspective to his clients.

With almost 15 years in real estate, James primarily focuses on the Lower Mainland BC market. His in-depth knowledge base of residential, commercial, land development, and agricultural properties have served his real estate clients well helping them achieve their dreams.

James enjoys weight training, hiking, cycling, and skiing. Reading, learning, meditation, spirituality, and communication are also foundations of James’ life.
