Before you reach for another coffee or energy drink, consider that increased energy starts from within by simply changing a few of our habits. Successful and energetic people go to bed early and they get up early. Why? Because they know that the most productive hours in the day are in the morning. Get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep and then spend 30 to 60 minutes in reflection, reviewing your goals or reading something positive. Move your body, whether that’s a jog, a walk or some yoga, but get your blood pumping. Eat three high-protein, low carb meals a day with healthy snacks in between.
